Within each network (along with the the main zircol site) members can:
Maintain their own web log (blog). They can use this to broadcast their ideas, grievances and mutterings to network members, zircol members or everyone on the web. Blogs are also a good way to share files with people.
Announce and manage events. As with blogs, these can be accessible to network or Zircol members or the world and it's dog.
Connect with others. The Zircol platform allows user to network and share ideas with other members.
